Cincy Fall Recipe Week: Pineapple Stuffing

I’ve never been a big fan of stuffing… Until a few years ago when I went
home and my Mom served me this. I had no idea stuffing could be this good!
So now it’s my favorite dish at Thanksgiving!

Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lb. 6 oz can drained crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, cubed

Method

  • * Preheat oven to 325.
  • * Cream butter & sugar.
  • * Add eggs one at a time.
  • * Add pineapple.
  • * Fold in bread.
  • * Pour into greased casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325
    until lightly browned.
