I’ve never been a big fan of stuffing… Until a few years ago when I went
home and my Mom served me this. I had no idea stuffing could be this good!
So now it’s my favorite dish at Thanksgiving!

- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. 6 oz can drained crushed pineapple
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- * Preheat oven to 325.
- * Cream butter & sugar.
- * Add eggs one at a time.
- * Add pineapple.
- * Fold in bread.
- * Pour into greased casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325
until lightly browned.
